3.2 Late Arrival

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session

• After the applicable grace period, we reserve the right to release the booking to another guest

• Full charges may still apply

3.3 No-Show Policy

Repeated no-shows may result in:

• Booking limitations

• Account suspension

• Loss of promotional or membership privileges

4. Membership Terms (If Applicable)

Memberships become active only after:

• System or booking errors

• Club-initiated cancellations

Refunds are not issued for:

• Missed sessions

• Late arrivals

• Change of mind

6. Club Rules & Code of Conduct

Guests agree not to:

• Damage or misuse equipment

• Engage in unsafe or reckless play

• Disrupt other guests or staff

• Bring prohibited items onto the premises

• Violate our No Alcohol policy

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Café & Facility Policies

• All café offerings are Halal-friendly, with vegan options available

• Outside food or beverages may be restricted

• Alcohol is not permitted on the premises

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to misuse booking or contact features

• Not to attempt unauthorized access

• Not to submit harmful, misleading, or abusive content

We reserve the right to restrict website access for violations.

• Injuries resulting from improper equipment use
