This Return & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled for bookings, memberships, and purchases made with Game & Golf Café Lounge (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By booking an experience, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Booking Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Refunds for booked game or simulator sessions may be considered only if:

  • The cancellation is made within the applicable cancellation window (if offered)

  • The booking was made in error and reported promptly

  • Exceptional circumstances are reviewed and approved by management

Refund approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2.2 No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Missed bookings (no-shows)

  • Late arrivals

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect booking details provided by the customer

2.3 Club-Initiated Cancellations

If Game & Golf Café Lounge cancels a booking due to:

  • Maintenance issues

  • System or technical errors

  • Operational requirements

You will be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • A rescheduled session at no additional cost

3. Membership Refund Policy

3.1 Membership Fees

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once activated.

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Verified system or processing error

  • Inability to provide services due to club-related issues

3.2 Non-Eligible Membership Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Lack of usage

  • Change of mind

  • Violation of club rules

  • Suspension or termination due to misconduct

4. Product Purchases (If Applicable)

If physical or retail items are offered for sale:

  • Returns may be accepted only for defective items

  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Used or worn items

  • Items damaged after purchase

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed

6. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Activated membership fees (except approved exceptions)

  • Missed or forfeited bookings

  • Late arrival fees

  • Promotional or discounted offers

  • Gift cards or store credits
